Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 T peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Add dates, oats and peanut butter to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture becomes wet and crumbly.
  2. Add the raisins to the date mixture and use your hands to form golf-ball sized bites.
  3. Lay the bites out on a parchment lined plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
